Lima ang patay at apat ang sugatan sa sunog sa isang high-rise apartment building malapit sa downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota USA.

Nagsimula ang sunog sa ika-14 na palapag ng Cedar High Apartments.

Kumalat ang makapal na usok hanggang sa 17th floor.

Ang 25-story building sa kanto ng Cedar Avenue at South 6th Street ay mayroong 191 na one-bedroom at studio units na mayroong 198 na residente.

Inaalam pa ang pagkakakilanlan ng mga biktima.
