Hindi dapat sa senado isisi ang pagkakaantala sa 2019 national budget na nakaapekto pa sa SEA Games.

Ayon kay Senate President Tito Sotto III, maraming nangyari sa Mababang Kapulungan pa lamang na naging dahilan kaya naantala ang pagpasa ng 2019 national budget.
