Rescheduling feature sa DFA online appointment system, pansamantalang hindi magagamit
Nag-abiso ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) sa publiko na pansamantalang hindi magagamit ang rescheduling feature ng kanilang Online Appointment System.
Ayon sa kagawaran, ito ay bunsod ng isinasagawang system upgrade.
Dahil dito, pinayuhan ang mga aplikante na pumili ng petsa at lugar na mas komportable sa kanila para maiwasan ang pag-reschedule.
Maari namang mag-request ng reschedule sa pamamagitan ng pagpapadala ng electronic mail (e-mail) sa:
– Para sa aplikante sa DFA-Aseana, [email protected]
– Para sa aplikante sa ibang DFA Consular Offices, kunin ang e-mail address kung saang consular office mayroong appointment.
Ayon sa DFA, kailangang nakalagay sa subject ng e-mail na “PPT Reschedule” at dapat maipadala tatlong araw bago ang confirmed schedule date.
Kalakip din dapat sa e-mail ang mga sumusunod na detalye:
– appointment reference number
– applicant name
– original appointment date and site
– requested new appointment date and site
Humingi naman ng pang-unawa ang DFA sa publiko.
