Kinansela ang ilang biyahe sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), araw ng Lunes (November 25).
Batay sa abiso ng Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), ito ay bunsod ng nararanasang masamang lagay ng panahon.
Kanselado ang dalawang biyahe ng Cebu Pacific sa NAIA Terminal 3 na:
5J 506 na biyaheng Manila – Tuguegarao
5J 507 na biyaheng Tuguegarao – Manila
Pinayuhan ang mga apektadong pasahero na makipag-ugnayan sa airline company para sa rebooking o refund ng kanilang ticket.
