Luzon Grid, isinailalim sa yellow alert dahil sa manipis na reserba sa kuryente
Isinailalim sa yellow alert ng National Grid Corporation of the Philipines (NGCP) ang Luzon Grid.
Ito ay bunsod ng manipis na reserba sa kuryente sa Luzon.
Sa abiso ng Meralco, ang yellow alert ay mula alas 10:01 ng umaga ng Lunes, Nov. 25 hanggang alas 4:00 ng hapon.
Pinayuhan ng Meralco ang mga korporasyon at establisyimento na kasabi sa kanilang Interruptible Load Program (ILP) na maging handa sa paggamit ng kanilang generator sets kung kakailanganin.
Para sa mga nasa bahay naman maaring gawin ang sumusunod na hakbang para makatipid sa kuryente:
1. Iwasan ang pagbukas-sara ng refrigerator kung hindi kinakailangan.
2. Palaging linisin ang mga electric fan blades at aircon vents.
3. I-unplug ang mga appliances on standby na hindi ginagamit.
