1,000 dayuhang atleta na ang nasa bansa para sa SEA Games – PNP
Tinatayang 1,000 dayuhang atleta na ang nasa bansa para sa 30th Southeast Asian Games.
Ayon kay Philippine National Police (PNP), spokesperson Police Brigadier General Bernard Banac, mayroong 27,000 na pwersa ng PNP ang ipinakalat na sa Ilocos region, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, at sa Metro Manila para magbigay ng seguridad sa mga delegado.
Kabilang sa babantayan ng mga otoridad ang rehearsals ng mga atleta.
May mga pulis din sa mga hotel kung saan naroroon ang mga atleta.
Ayon kay Banac, 8,000 dayuhang atleta at mga delegado ang inaasahang darating sa bansa para sa SEA Games.
