Malaking bahagi ng Metro Manila inuulan
Makararanas ng katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na buhos ng ulan sa malaking bahagi ng Metro Manila.
Ayon sa thunderstorm advisory ng PAGASA, alas 5:00 ng hapon ng Biyernes, Nov. 22 ay inuulan ang Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Marikina at Quezon City.
Inuulan din ang Antipolo at San Mateo sa Rizal; Lian, Batangas; Candaba, San Luis, San Simon, Apalit at Arayat sa Pampanga; Cabiao, San Isidro, at San Antonio, sa Nueva Ecija at sa lalawigan ng Bulacan.
Pinayuhan ng PAGASA ang mga residente na maging maingat sa posibleng pagbaha at pagguho ng lupa na mararanasan.
