Isinagawa ang condemnation proceedings kasunod ng probisyon ng Section 1145 (Disposition of Goods Injurious to Public Health) at 1148 (Disposition of Regulated Goods) ng Republic Act No. 10863 o Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA).
