Duterte ipinag-utos ang dismissal ng 3 PNP officials na isinasangkot sa body cam extortion case

Ipinag-utos na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pag-dismiss sa serbisyo sa tatlong opisyal ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na nangikil ng P5 milyon mula sa isang bidder na magsusuplay sana ng body cameras para gamitin sa anti-drug war campaign.

Sa talumpati ng pangulo sa 80th Anniversary ng Department of National Defense (DND) sa Camp Aguinaldo sa Quezon City, ipinag-utos niya ang pagsibak sa puwesto at pagdismiss sa serbisyo.

“In the police, the three majors were working on a body camera and they were arguing because of money. What else? Because of corruption. And so I said, ‘fire them, dismiss them,” ani Duterte

Kung tatanggi man aniya ang tatlong pulis na magpa-dismiss sa serbisyo, dapat na itong pag bawalan na makapasok sa kampo dahil hindi na sila mga pulis na maituturing.

Kapag nagtanong aniya ang tatlong pulis kung sino ang nag utos, sabihin lamang na si Duterte

Kung iginiit naman aniya ng pulis na walang imbestigasyon ang kanilang kaso, tugon ng pangulo balewala na ang imbestigasyon.

“If they do not want to be dismissed, just do not allow them to enter the camp. Just tell him, ‘You are no longer a policeman.’ ‘Who said?’ ‘Duterte.’ ‘I have not been investigated.’ ‘Never mind the investigation. We’ll come to that later,” dagdag ng pangulo.

Una nang tinukoy ng PNP ang tatlong pulis na sina Major Emerson Sales, Major Rholly Caraggayan at Major Angel Beros.
