“With respect to state matters? Classified documents?

“With respect to classified matters nga. Let’s put it this way. Since she has talked with certain institutions and people that are supposed to be enemies of the state, to the mind of the President, to the mind of the President that’s a dangerous sign. Ibig sabihin, you may not be doing it purposely but delikado. Kaya nga hindi ba he already made a statement. Delikado yang ginagawa mo. Kaya precisely I issued a statement reminding her,” dagdag pa ni Panelo.
