Mahigit 5,000 indibidwal na ang inilikas mula sa kani-kanilang mga tahanan dahil sa epekto ng bagyong Ramon sa Cagayan.
Sa datos ng Cagayan Provincial Government, umabot na sa 5,578 na katao ang nasa mga evacuation center.
