Lusot na ng komite sa Kamara ang panukalang magpataw ng buwis ang Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO).

Layon ng panukala na amyendahan ang National Internal Revenue Code.

Inaprubahan din ng komite ang 25 porsyentong final withholding tax para sa mga empleyado ng POGO.
