WATCH: SolGen, mali sa pahagay na hindi maaring buwisan ang mga POGO

Inihayag ni Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon mali ang katwiran ni Solicitor General Jose Calida hinggil sa paniningil ng buwis sa mga Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO).

Ayon sa senador, dapat patawan ng buwis ang mga POGO dahil kumikita ang mga ito sa pagnenegosyo.

Dapat aniyang ang Bureau of Internal Revenue ang magpaliwanag sa mga batas na may kaugnayan sa buwis.
