Magreretiro na ang Filipino football player na si Phil Younghusband sa edad sa 32.
Gamit ang kaniyang Instagram account, inanunsiyo ni Younghusband ang pagreretiro sa pamamagitan ng pag-post ng cartoon sketch.
Inilagay ng Filipino-British striker sa caption ng larawan ang katagang, “Hanging up my boots.”
Nagpasalamat naman si Younghusband sa kaniyang mga boss, coach, team mates, competitors at maging sa mga tagahanga na naging bahagi ng kaniyang football career.
Umabot ang international career ni Younghusband sa football nang 13 taon.
Nakilala rin ang atleta bilang top goal scorer sa bansa na may 52 goals.
