4 na illegally-recruited na Pinoy, naharang sa NAIA
Naharang ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang apat na illegally-recruited na Filipino sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
Ayon kay Grifton Medina, hepe ng BI port operations division, naharang ang apat na lalaki sa departure area ng NAIA Terminal 1 noong Biyernes, November 15.
Bibiyahe sana ang apat patungong Abu Dhabi sa United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Ayon naman kay Timotea Barizo, hepe ng Travel Control and Enforcement Unit (TCEU), nagpanggap ang apat na turista patungong UAE at planong pumunta sa Amman, Jordan bago tumulak sa Libya para sa papasukang trabaho bilang aircon technicians at pipe fitters.
Kasunod nito, binati ni BI Commissioner Jaime Morente ang mga immigration officer na responsable sa pagharang sa apat para maiwasang madala ang mga Pinoy sa mapanganib.
Nagbabala rin ang ahensya sa mga Filipino na nais magtrabaho sa ibang bansa laban sa paglabag sa overseas deployment policies.
