Classified info sadyang itinatago ng Malakanyang sa mga hindi miyembro ng security cluster
Aminado ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang na sadyang hindi ibibigay kay Vice President Leni Robredo ang classified information kaugnay sa drug war campaign ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte
Ito ay kahit na itinalaga ng pangulo si Robredo bilang vice chairperson ng Inter-agency Committee on Anti-illegal drugs.
Ayon kay President spokesperson Salvador Panelo, hindi naman kasi miyembro ng security cluster si Robredo.
Tanging ang director ng National Intelligence Coordinating Agency at ang kalihim ng Department of National Defense lang ang nakakikita sa classified information dahil kaya nilang i-handle ang security issue.
Sinabi pa ni Panelo na kahit silang mga miyembro ng gabinete ay hindi pinapayagan na makakita sa classified information.
Iginiit pa ni Panelo na may mga impormasyon na ‘for your eyes only’ at hindi na dapat na ipangalandakan sa publiko para hindi masira ang ikakasang operasyon.
“There are things that even us, members of the Cabinet, are not allowed to look into. These are classified information. Only the NICA director, secretary of national defense can because they handle security,” ani Panelo.
Sa kaso aniya ni Robredo bilang ICAD co-chairperson, wala sa kanyang kapangyarihan ang hawakan ang classified information.
