Naniniwala ang isang kongresista na mababawasan ang plastic pollution sa bansa sa pagpapanumbalk sa ‘takal-takal’ system sa mga tindahan.
Ayon kay TGP partylist Rep. Bong Teves, pabor sa masa ang pagbili sa mga produkto na maaaring takalin.
Matatandaang mismong si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang nagpalutang sa ideya na ipagbawal na ang single use plastic.
