Samantala, ayon sa Malacañang ang proklamasyon naman na magdedeklara sa Eidul Fitr at Eidul Adha ay ilalabas depende sa mga petsang ibibigay ng National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF).
Ito ay dahil nakadepende ang naturang mga holiday sa moon sighting.
Sasailalim sa agarang promulgasyon ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang guidelines para sa proklamasyon sa 2020 holidays.
