Maraming ahensya ng gobyerno ang lumagda sa manifesto bilang pagsuporta dito kabilang ang Bureau of Customs, Land Transportation Office, SSS, Department of Transportation, TESDA, at iba pa.
Sa ilalim ng manifesto ay nangangako ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaan na lalabanan nila ang korapsyon sa kanilang mga opisina.
