Apat na kadete ng Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) ang ipinagharap na ng kaso dahil sa pananakit kay Cadet 4th Class John Desiderio.
Ayon kay Silang, Cavite police chief, Maj. Resty Soriano, kasong paglabag sa Anti-Hazing Law ang isinampa sa apat sa Imus City Prosecutor’s Office.
Kabilang sa mga respondent sina Cadets 3rd Class Jovan Sernat, Arron Dahryl Villanueva at Raul Birung, at si Cadet 2nd Class Clarence Cabucos.
Ang reklamo ay inihain ng ni Desiderio.
Ang apat na kadete ay binanggit sa affidavit-complaint ni Desiderio matapos siyang ma-ospital noong October 29 dahil sa pananakit ng tyan.
