Binatikos ni House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano si Sen. Franklin Drilon sa pagbanat nito sa umano’y palpak na Build, Build, Build program ng gobyerno.

Sinabi ni Cayetano inililigaw ni Drilon ang isyu dahil mas maraming nagawa ang kasalukuyang administrasyon kumpara sa termino ni dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino na kaalyado ng nasabing senador.
