“The Constitution gives requirements. So anybody, any citizens of this country passing those basic qualifications can be president. You must remember the housewife, Cory Aquino, became president,” ani Panelo.

“Anybody can be a good president until he seats in the office. We don’t know,” dagdag ni Panelo.

“Were it not for the love of country, ‘yun lang talaga magsustain. Wala kang makuha dito sa trabaho na ito except work, work and work and work and work. And worry, worry, worry, and be under stress,” ayon sa pangulo.
