Umano’y Italian pedophile, arestado sa Davao City
Naaresto ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang isang hinihinalang Italian pedophile sa Davao City.
Ayon kay BI Acting Intelligence Chief Fortunato Manahan Jr., nahuli ang dayuhang si Lorenzo Marchesi, 57-anyos, sa Davao International Airport (DIA) noong November 8.
Paalis na dapat aniya si Marchesi nang maharang ng mga otoridad bunsod ng inilabas na mission order laban sa kaniya ni BI Commissioner Jaime Morente.
Ayon kay BI intelligence officer at Mindanao Intelligence Task Group (MITG) head Melody Gonzales, naglabas ng mission order laban sa dayuhan matapos makatanggap ng mga reklamo sa ilegal na aktibidad nito.
Respondent din aniya si Marchesi sa ilang criminal complaints na nakahain sa Davao City prosecutor’s office at women and children’s protection desk ng Philippine National Police (PNP).
Ilan sa mga kasong kinakaharap nito ay ang paglabag sa expanded anti-trafficking act, cyber crime law, at anti-child abuse act.
Napaulat din ang paggawa nito ng sexual acts sa mga menor de edad kapalit ng pera.
Base sa travel database ng ahensya, labas-pasok ng bansa si Marchesi simula noong Enero sa pamamagitan ng international airports sa Davao at Mactan, Cebu.
Sa ngayon, si Marchesi ay nasa holding facility ng BI district office sa Davao City dahil sa mga kinakaharap na kaso at deportation proceedings.
