Kinoronahan bilang Miss Tourism International 2019 ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Cyrille Payumo sa coronational night Biyernes ng gabi.

Si Payumo ang pinakabagong Filipina na nakuha ang titulo kasunod ni Jannie Alipo-on noong 2017.

Pinalitan ng Pinay beauty queen ang orihinal na nanalo na si Tyra Goldman na bigong makipag-laban dahil sa isyu ng dual citizenship.

Bukod sa Miss Tourism International crown, nasungkit din ni Payumo ang Best in National Costume dahil sa suot nitong gawa ni Rich Sabinian.
