CSC: Mga nagtatrabaho sa gobyerno obligadong maging magalang at magpasensya

Dahil sa pagmumura ni Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. sa dalawang mamamahayag, nagpaalala ang Civil Service Commission (CSC) ukol sa tamang gawi ng nagtatrabaho sa gobyerno.

Ayon kay CSC Commissioner Aileen Lizada, nakasaad sa batas ang dapat na ugali ng empleyado at opisyal ng pamahalaan.

Nahaharap anya sa multa, suspensyon o pagkatanggal sa pwesto ang taga-gobyerno na nagpakita ng maling ugali.

Binanggit ni Lizada ang Republic Act 6713 o Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards for Public Officials and Employees.

Nasa batas anya na kailangang maging magalang at mapagpasensya ang taong nasa serbisyo publiko.

Ang paalala ng CSC ay matapos murahin ni Locsin ang reporter ng Philippine Daily Inquirer na si Jhesset Enano at ang reporter ng Philippine Star na si Marc Jason Cayabyab.

Bagamat tinanggal ng kalihim ang kanyang mga tweets ukol sa dalawang reporter ay hindi ito humingi ng paumanhin sa kanyang sinabi.
