Nais ni Vice President Leni Robredo na palitan ang anti-drug campaign na “Oplan Tokhang” ng administrasyon.

Sa unang pulong ng ICAD, iba na ang naging imahe sa publiko ng nasabing kampanya ng Philippine National Police (PNP) matapos ang naging patayan sa anti-drug operations.
