Idineklarang special non-working holiday ang November 12 (Martes) sa Valenzuela City.

Ito ay bilang paggunita sa ika-396 na Araw ng Valenzuela.

Nilagdaan ni Pangulong Duterte ang proclamation number 834 para sa nasabing deklarasyon.

Ayon sa proklamasyon, ang deklarasyon ng holiday ay para magkaroon ng sapat na panahon sa pagdiriwang at makalahok sa mga aktibidad ang mga residente ng lungsod.
