Tinalakay na ng Senate Committee on Social Justice ang inihain ni Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. na Home For The Elders Bill.

Sa ilalim ng Senate bill no. 296, layon nitong magtayo ng pasilidad para sa mga senior citizen sa bansa.

Ayon sa mga senador, nakababahala na kasi ang dumaraming bilang ng mga inabandonang matatanda.
