Rescue operations, ikinasa sa isang barangay sa Cagayan
Ikinasa ng Pamplona Quick Response Team 18 ang rescue operations sa mga isolated na lugar sa Barangay Gattu sa Cagayan.
Nagsanib-pwersa ang Pamplona Rescue, Philippine National Police (PNP), Kabalikat CIVICOM at Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) sa pagligtas ng mga binahang residente.
Pahirapan ang pag-rescue ng otoridad dahil lubog sa baha ang mga lansangan at magkakalayo ang kinaroroonan ng mga biktima.
Nakakasabagal din sa mga rescuer ang malakas na ulan at patuloy na pag-apaw ng tubig sa ilog.
Ipinatupad ni Mayor Digna Puzon-Antonio ang forced evacuation sa Barangay Gattu dahil hindi pa rin tumigil ang ulan na dala ng Tropical Storm Quiel at Frontal System.
Inaalam pa ang eksaktong bilang ng mga inilikas na residente.
