Inihayag ni Senator Sherwin Gatchalian na hindi pa handa ang Pilipinas sa paggamit ng nuclear energy.

Aniya, marami pang dapat ipaliwanag ang Department of Energy (DOE) sa plano.

Wala pa rin aniyang isinusumiteng detalye ang kagawaran ukol sa programa.
