Nakataas pa rin ang yellow rainfall warning sa Zambales at Bataan.

Batay sa 2:00 update ng PAGASA, ito ay bunsod ng Tropical Storm Quiel.

Sinabi ng weather bureau na posibleng makaranas ng pagbaha sa mga mabababang lugar sa nasabing dalawang lalawigan.

Inabisuhan naman ang publiko at Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office na tutukan ang lagay ng panahon.

Antabayanan ang susunod na abiso ng PAGASA bandang 5:00 ng hapon.
