Naniniwala si Senate President Tito Sotto III na walang ibang kahulugan ang ginawa ni Pangulong Duterte na paghirang kay Vice President Leni Robredo bilang drug czar.

Kasabay nito, hinimok ni Sotto ang bise presidente na tanggapin ang hamon.
