CIDG kumpyansang may ‘probable cause’ ang kaso vs Albayalde

Kumpyansa ang Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) na magkakaroon ng probable cause ang isinampa nilang kaso laban kay dating Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Oscar Albayalde.

Kinasuhan ng CIDG si Albayalde kaugnay ng isyu ng ninja cops bunsod ng drug raid sa Pampanga noong 2013 noong siya ang police provincial director sa lalawigan.

Ayon sa CIDG, nasa 70 hanggang 80 porsyento na may makikita ang Department of Justice (DOJ) na sapat na batayan para kasuhan sa korte ang dating PNP chief.

Sinabi ni CIDG Legal Division chief Lt. Col Joseph Orsos na bagamat walang iisang malakas na bidensya laban kay Albayalde, ang kabuuan ng ebidensya ay nagpapakita na sadyang may papanagutan ito.

Naniniwala si Orsos na malaki ang tsansa na liable si Albayalde lalo na kung nakita anya ng panel of prosecutors ang imbestigasyon ng Senado.

Itinanggi naman nito na minadali ang reklamo laban sa heneral dahil nagkaroon anya sila ng 11 testigo at kaukulang dokumento sa isinumite nilang amended complaint.

“I think there is a 70-80 percent, I believe he (Albayalde) is liable. What we are only looking for is if there is probable cause. I don’t know what is the standing of the panel (of prosecutors) but for us, we believe that what they saw in the Senate, then that’s it since there is no additional evidence except from what was discussed in the Senate,” ani Orsos.

Una nang kinasuhan ang mga pulis Pampanga na umanoy sangkot sa drug recycling pero naabswelto ang mga ito noong 2014.

Si Albayalde naman ay tinanggal bilang provincial director ng Pampanga at na-reassign sa Regional Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit (RPHAU) sa floating status noong March 26, 2014 kung kailan nagsagawa ng imbestigasyon si dating CIDG chief at ngayon at Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong.
