Task group na tututok sa ambush sa DOLE employee, binuo ng MPD
Bumuo ang Manila Police District (MPD) ng Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) para imbestigahan ang pamamaslang sa ilang empleyado ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) sa Malate, Maynila.
Sa isang press briefing, sinabi ni Police Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas, hepe ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), na ipinag-utos niya ito sa MPD para tutukan ang kaso.
Ayon sa opisyal, posibleng nakausap na ng task group ang pamilya ng biktimang si Helen Dacanay.
Hindi pa naman aniya tiyak kung mayroon nang person of interest ang pulisya sa krimen.
Nasawi si Dacanay matapos ratratin ang sinasakyang kotse sa bahagi ng Malvar Street, Lunes ng hapon.
