Itinalaga na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Vice President Leni Robredo bilang pinuno ng Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD).

Ayon sa pangulo, posibleng mayroong ibang istratehiya si Robredo para tugunan ang problema sa ilegal na droga sa bansa.

Sinabi naman ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na ang naturang hakbang ay patunay na sinsero ang alok ng pangulo sa bise presidente.
