Bangkay ng lalaki, nakitang palutang-lutang sa Port of Cebu

Natagpuang palutang-lutang ang isang bangkay ng lalaki sa karagatang sakop ng Pier 4 sa Cebu City, Martes ng umaga.

Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard – Cebu, nakita ang bangkay ng hindi pa nakikilalang biktima sa Port of Cebu pasado 10:00 ng umaga.

Nakasuot ang biktima ang pulang jersey shirt at shorts.

Wala ring nakuhang anumang identification card sa biktima.

Patuloy pa ang isinasagawang imbestigasyon ng mga otoridad sa insidente.
