Nagbukas ng bagong consular office ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) sa SM Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
Ang CO Dasmariñas ang ika-35 nang consular office ng DFA sa buong bansa at ikawalo nasa loob ng SM Mall.
Pinangunahan ni Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Concerns Atty. Brigido J. Dulay ang pagbubukas ng bagong consular office.
Inaasahang maseserbisyuhan nito ang mga residente sa Dasmarinas at iba pang bahagi ng Cavite.
Sa ngayon, maari nang magpa-schedule ng appointment para sa passport application at passport renewal sa CO Dasmariñas sa https://www.passport.gov.ph/
Bukas ito mula Lunes hanggang Sabado mula alas 10:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 5:00 ng hapon.
