Itinutulak ng Ang Probinsyano party-list na masuri ang Republic Act 10121 o “Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction Manegement Act of 2010.”

Ayon kay Cong. Ronnie Ong, maliban sa mga mag-aaral, dapat ding ituro ang disaster risk reduction and management education sa pamilyang Filipino at komunidad.

Giit ng mambabatas, kulang kasi ang ikinakasang earthquake drills bilang paghahanda.
