20 porsyento diskwento sa domestic flights, maaari nang ma-avail ng mga estudyante

Maaari nang ma-avail ng mga estudyante ang 20 porsyentong diskwento sa domestic flights.

Ito ay kasunod ng paglalabas ng Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) ng guidelines ukol sa Republic Act 11314 o Student Fare Discount Act.

Ayon sa ahensya, maaaring ma-avail ang diskwento sa regular base fare ng domestic flight kabilang ang weekends at holiday.

Sakaling mayroong promotional fare, kailangang pumili ng estudyante kung kukunin ang promotional fare o babawasan ang regular fare.

Sakop ng benepisyo ang mga estudyante sa elementary, secondary, technical-vocational o higher education institution.

Hindi naman pasok sa benepisyo ang mga naka-enroll sa post graduate degree courses at informal short-term courses tulad ng dancing, swimming, music, driving lessons at seminar-type courses.

Kailangan lamang personal na magprisinta ng estudyante sa pagbili ng plane ticket ang school identification card o validated na enrollment form.

Maliban dito, kailangan ding iprisinta ng estudyante kahit isa sa mga sumusunod:
– birth certificate
– baptismal certificate
– latest school records (Form 137)
– naturalization certificate
– pasaporte

Matatandaang pinirmahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang batas noong April 17, 2019.
