Operasyon sa ilang electric cooperative sa Mindanao normal na matapos ang lindol
Inihayag ng Department of Energy (DOE) na pito mula sa siyam na mga electric cooperative sa Mindanao ay nasa normal na ang operasyon matapos ang magnitude 6.6 na lindol sa Tulunan, North Cotabato.
Ayon sa Task Force Energy Resiliency (TFER) ng DOE, walang power interruption na mararanasan ang mga customer ng mga sumusunod ng electric cooperative: DORECO (Davao Oriental); DANECO (Davao del Norte); COTELCO-PPALMA (North Cotabato); SOCOTECO-1 (South Cotabato); SOCOTECO-2 (South Cotabato); SUKELCO (Sultan Kudarat) at LANECO (Lanao del Norte)
Nagpapatuloy naman ang ginagawang pagsasaayos at line survey and rehabilitation ng DASURECO sa Davao del Sur.
Ang COTELCO (North Cotabato) ay hinihintay pa ang clearance mula sa National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) dahil inilipat ang supply ng kuryente nito mula sa Mt. Apo papuntang Tacurong substation.
Hinikayat naman ni DOE Secretary Alfonso Cusi ang mga residente ng Mindanao na agad na ipagbigay alam sa kanilang mga electric cooperative kung sakaling may nakitang nasira o pinsalang poste ng kuryente upang ma maisaayos agad ito.
