32 OFWs mula sa Mexico, Egypt at Morocco balik bansa na
Nakauwi na ng Pilipinas ang nasa 32 distressed overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) mula sa Mexico, Egypt at Morocco.
Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), nakipag-ugnayan na sila sa Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs para sa pagbalik ng bansa ng mga OFW noong Lunes ng gabi, October 28.
Katuwang ng kagawaran dito ang Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Mexico City, Cairo at Tripoli.
Kabilang sa mga nakauwing OFW ay ang 19 na Filipino seafarers sa Mexico, 11 Filipino na kasama sa aksidente sa Dahab, Egypt at dalawang OFW na ilegal na nai-deploy sa Morocco bilang household service worker.
