Phivolcs pinawi ang pangamba ng tsunami matapos ang M6.6 na lindol sa Cotabato

Walang banta ng tsunami matapos ang magnitude 6.6 na lindol na tumama sa Tulunan, Cotabato.

Ayon sa Phivolcs, ang lindol na naitala sa Tulunan, alas 9:04 ng umaga ngayong Martes (Oct. 29) ay kahalintulad ng naganap na lindol noong October 16 na magnitude 6.3.

Ayon sa Phivolcs sa kalupaan tumama ang lindol at hindi sa karagatan kaya walang banta ng tsunami.

Pakiusap naman ng Phivolcs sa publiko huwag nang magpakalat ng mga balita hinggil sa tsunami upang hindi na magdulot pa ng panic sa mga apektadong residente.
