Sa Advisory ng Manila Police District (MPD), hindi madadaanan ang north at southbound lane ng Roxas Boulevard mula T.M. Kalaw hanggang Katigbak Drive simula alas-3:00 ng hapon.
Ang anniversary celebration ay gaganapin sa Quirino Grandstand sa Luneta sa alas-5:00 ng hapon.
Ang mga motorista na nais dumaan sa Roxas Blvd. ay pinapayuhan na humanap nang alternatibong ruta.
Narito ang mga alternatibong ruta :
• All light vehicles intending to use southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard, should turn left P. Burgos, right Ma. Orosa, right T.M. Kalaw to point of destination.
• All trucks and trailer trucks intending to use the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn left to P. Burgos, straight to Finance Road to point of destination.
• All light vehicles intending to use northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn right to T.M. Kalaw, left Ma. Orosa, left P. Burgos to point of destination.
• All trucks and trailer trucks intending to use the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn right to President Quirino Avenue to point of destination.
