NCRPO magtataas ng red alert status para sa Undas
Ilang araw bago ang Undas magtataas ng red alert status sa National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
Ayon kay Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas, NCRPO chief, pupulungin niya ang lahat ng district directors at chiefs of police sa buong Metro Manila para talakayin ang ipatutupad na security measures sa All Souls’ at All Saints’ Day.
Sinabi ni Sinas na lahat ng tauhan ng NCRPO ay magdu-duty sa kasagsagan ng paggunita ng Undas.
Inaasahan kasing milyun-milyong katao ang magtutungo sa mga sementaryo para bumisita sa mga yumao nilang mahal sa buhay.
Sa sandaling ideklara ang red alert status ay makakansela rin ang leave of absence ng mga pulis.
Una nang sinabi ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na mahigit 35,000 na pulis ang ipakakalat sa buong bansa para magtiyak ng seguridad sa Undas.
