P267M forfeiture case laban sa mga Marcos ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan

Ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan ang isa na namang forfeiture case laban sa pamilya Marcos.

Sa 37 pahinang desisyon ng Sandiganbayan, ibinasura ang P267.37 million na civil forfeiture case laban kay dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, kaniyang asawa na si dating Unang Ginang Imelda Marcos, secretary na si Fe Gamboa Gimenez at asawa nitong si Ignacio.

Ayon sa desisyon ng Sandiganbayan, may depektong nakita sa mga ebidensyang inihain ng prosekusyon sa kaso.

Ito ay matapos na matuklasang hindi authenticated ang mga ebidensya.

Ang mag-asawang Ignacio at Fe Gimenez ay unang inakusahan ng Presidential Commission on Good Government bilang mga dummy ng pamilya Marcos.
