Mag-amang Robes na kapwa opisyal sa SJDM, Bulacan muling inireklamo sa DILG at COMELEC dahil sa pandaraya
Matapos ang magkakasunod na reklamo na inihain noong nakaraang linggo laban sa mag-amang opisyal ng lungsod ng San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan na umano’y nameke ng attendance sa seminar sa UP, ay sinampahan naman ngayon ng asunto si Councilor Richard Maurice Robes at anak nitong Brgy. Kagawad na si Richard Maurice Robes III sa punong tanggapan ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC) at Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Sa reklamo na inihain ng isang Jason Cruz, kay DILG Sec. Eduardo Año, ay ginawa nitong basehan ang liham ng Center for Local and Regional governance (CLRG) kay SJDM Mayor Arthuro B. Robes na nagsasaad ng sumbong ng diumano’y pagpanggap ni Kagawad Robes III na siya si Konsehal Robes.
Nabatid sa naturang liham ni CLRG Director Erwin Alampay kay Mayor Robes na inutusan ni SP member Robes ang kanyang anak na si Kagawad Robes III na magpanggap sa seminar bilang siya para lamang makakuha ng sertipiko mula sa kanilang hanay.
Ang tinutukoy ng CLRG na seminar ay may titulong: Introduction to Excellence in Local Legislation (iExcelL) na ginanap noong Agosto 5 hanggang 9 ngayong taon kung saan dumalo ang nakababatang Robes kasama ang isa pang konsehal ng SJDM na si Liezel Aguirre-Abat at Brgy. Kagawad Vanessa Michelle Roquero na nakipag-sabwatan din sa mag-amang Robes.
Iginiit ni Cruz na dapat papanagutin ang mag-amang Robes sa batas. Partikular na ipinunto nito ang Article XI ng 1987 constituion na nagsasaad na “Public Office is a Public trust. Public Officers and employees must, at all times, be accountable to the People, served them with utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty, and efficiency; act with patriotism and Justice, and lead modelst lives”
Ayon kay Cruz, “What the Robeses did violates the tenets of the civil Service Commission (CSC) and the standard Of decency and excellence that we expect from our Public servants. It is quite disturbing that they brazenly committed fraud this way”
Samantala, sa hiwalay naman na reklamo na isinampa ni Cruz sa tanggapan ni COMELEC Chairman Sheriff M. Abbas ay ipinunto nito ang acts of serious dishonesty ng mag-amang Robes.
Hiniling ng complainant na i-disqualify ang dalawa mula sa kani-kanilang posisyon dahil sa pagkakanuno sa tiwala ng taumbayan at nagdulot ng kahihiyan sa lungsod ng San Jose Del Monte.
Ayon pa reklamo ni Cruz, hindi nararapat ang mag-amang Robes na maging miyembro ng Sanguniang Panglungsod. “There is no telling what other deceitful and fraudulent acts they may be capable of” saad pa ni Cruz.
