Justin Trudeau, muling naihalal bilang Canadian Prime Minister
Wagi sa ikalawang termino bilang prime minister ng Canada si Justin Trudeau matapos ang federal election ng bansa.
Gayunman, bigo ang Liberal Party ni Trudeau na makuha ang majority seats sa parliament.
Dahil dito, pamumunuan ng Canadian PM ang minority government na mapipilitang dumepende sa iba pang partido para makapamuno.
Nakuha ng Liberals ang 156 seats, 14 na mababa sa kinakailangang 170 seats para masungkit ang mayorya ng 338-seat House of Commons.
Sa kanyang pahayag, sinabi ni Trudeau na anuman ang naging resulta ng botohan, ang kanyang partido ay magtratrabaho para sa kapakanan ng lahat ng Canadians.
“Thank you, Canada, for putting your trust in our team and for having faith in us to move this country in the right direction. Regardless of how you cast your vote, our team will work hard for all Canadians,” ani Trudeau.
Naniniwala ang Canadian PM na sa pagtutulungan, maaabot ang lahat ng layunin para sa kabutihang panlahat.
“We seek hardship for none and prosperity for all, and if we unite around these common goals, I know we can achieve them,” giit ni Trudeau.
