Kaso ng pagpatay sa isang kolumnista tinutukan na ng Presidential Task Force on Media Security
Mariing kinondena ng Presidential Task Force on Media Security ang pagpatay sa kolumnistang si Jupiter Gonzales ng Remate.
Ayon kay PTFOMS Executive Director Joel Egco, nakikipag-ugnayan na ang kanilang hanay sa Philippine National Police (PNP) para sa mabilis na pagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon.
Tututukan aniya ng task force ang imbestigasyon ng PNP.
Ayon kay Egco, hindi maiaalis ang posibilidad na may kinalaman sa trabaho ang pagpatay kay Gonzales.
Si Gonzales ay kritiko ng iligal na sugal na talamak sa mga peryahan.
Dead on arrival sa ospital si Gonzales habang ang kasama nito na isang Christopher Tiongson ay dead on the spot matapos pagbabarilin kamakalawa ng gabi sa Brgy. Cacutod sa Arayat, Pampanga.
