Itinanghal na 2nd runner-up sa katatapos na Miss Globe 2019 pageant ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Leren Mae Bautista.
Ginanap ang coronation night sa Montenegro.
Ang 26 anyos na si Bautista ay mula Los Banos Laguna.
Bago sumali sa Binibining Pilipinas 2019, si Leren ay naging Miss Los Banos 2013, Binibining Laguna 2014, Mutya ng Pilipinas – Asia Pacific International 2015 at nagwagi bilang Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2015.
Kinorohan namang Miss Globe 2019 ang pambato ng Mexico.
1st Runner Up naman si Miss Trinidad and Tobago, 3rd Runner Up si Miss Canada at 4th Runner Up si Miss Czech Republic.
