PNP-CIDG naghain na ng reklamo laban kay Albayalde sa DOJ

Ipinagharap na ng criminal complaint sa Department of Justice (DOJ) si dating Philippine National Police Chief Oscar Albayalde.

Ang reklamo laban kay Albayalde ay isinampa ng PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG).

Sa amended referral complaint ng PNP-CIDG na isinumite sa DOJ ay kasama na si Albayalde sa mga respondents.

Kasama ni Albayalde bilang respondent ang 13 tinaguriang ninja cops na nagsagawa ng operasyon kontra ilegal na droga sa Pampanga noong 2013.

Paglabag sa Anti- Graft Law, perjury at paglabag sa section 92 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act ang inihain laban kay Albayalde at 13 iba pang pulis.
